In between working on my own projects, I am sometimes available for freelance website development. Due to my inside knowledge of the writing industry, I am particularly suited to working with authors in the UK.

What I Can Do

General Stuff:

• Sort out your website hosting with a good company
• Configure your domain
• Install SSL certificates
• Create and format ebooks and upload them to Amazon
• (Proofreading and copyediting is available via Saxon)
• Arrange podcast hosting and iTunes distribution
• Film and edit interviews for YouTube (along with Saxon)

Wordpress:

• Wordpress installs
• Wordpress plugin and theme install and configuration
• Wordpress shopping carts and digital product downloads (e.g. ebooks)
• Fix weird problems with your Wordpress install

Provide informal, friendly advice on:

• Setting up an online business
• Basic SEO, and where to get advanced guidance
• Whether your business seems viable

What I Can't Do

• Write your website content for you
• Write a new Wordpress plugin for you (this is best left to a PHP specialist)
• Get involved in ever-expanding programming projects (see scope creep)
• Volunteer to do stuff for free!
